BAMF;;

Today was the Graduation Mass practice at the St. Joseph Catholic church. It was supposed to being at one but because we Filipinos do not have the best time management skills, it started at 1:30.

I waited for Kris who kept saying she was almost there but was not actually 'almost there'. It's alright, she brought me cake because she had her birthday party yesterday. I was not able to make it because I went with Alex and Grace to Belinda's house last night.

I tried sitting there during everyone's singing in tagalog, I didn't succeed... I'm not much of a church person. I'd rather thank and praise God in the peace and quietness of my bed.

Well Kris wasn't up for sitting in church either so we left early. We went to McDonald's for some ice cream. I didn't remember that Mom asked me to buy her a burger too until I was a block away. I went back and bought her Big Mac, it's been her favorite since I don't even remember when.

I did a quick grocery trip for Mom before I went home. Some pork steak, bread and milk. I ran into two of my other classmates and was standing with them when someone tapped my shoulder. I turned to my side and saw that it was my Uncle, Abet. He just said 'hi' and went on with his business. Literally a few seconds later someone else tapped me on the shoulders. I turned around and it was the woman who sells hot dogs at the corner. She asked if Billy was home and I told her I didn't know, partially because I really didn't know and also because I know she's been asking Billy for money and he's already given her money so many other times. She ended up following me home but waiting down stairs, Billy asked me to tell her that he was not home.

I also forgot to go arrange the balloons, I always do! And when I remember, I get lazy and tell myself "I'll do that later" then I forget again. This is ridiculous!

I helped Mom take my grandpa to the barber shop. Jasmine cried when she saw us leaving so to avoid the tantrum, I took her with me. It's hard keeping track of a two year old and a nearly blind and nearly deaf 87 year old. We were walking on the main road is what made it so hard.

My grandpa looks so handsome with his beard shaved and a haircut. We walked back to the house and Mom and I washed his legs and feet. I think he liked that, heck I pay 200 Pesos for that in the salon!

Mom and I hung out there for what had to be at least 3 hours. When Mom wanted to go home and I had no problem with it, Jasmine began to whine. To stop her from whining, Mom gave her a piece of chocolate. This child is going to get fat, every time I leave someone needs to give her some sort of sweet treat to stop her from crying.

Random News, real news.

A few weeks ago Willie Revillame had a contestant on his show, Willing Willie. The boy was maybe 5 or 6 years old. In Willie's show, all the contestants show their talent before starting the game. The little boy's talent was dancing to a Nate Dogg's song. It wasn't a revoking or inappropriate dance but Willie was egging him on and 'hitting' on him. It was out of fun and everyone was laughing not to humiliate the boy but because it was so cute!

The video was posted on YouTube and shared on FaceBook to hundreds of thousdands of people. Of course, there were the contradicters and enough of them for DWSD to 'take action'. Many people said that the boy was humiliated and blah blah blah.

This is all a bunch of non-sense! There are kids suffering abuse because of domestic violence, there are young children on the streets begging because they haven't eaten in day and DSWD flips media for this? The kid won 10,000 Pesos and his father used it to buy him clothes and toys. Is that where our tax money goes? DSWD ignoring the importance to go after a well known star for a situation like that? The boy was adorable and it's not like his parents were standing behind the camera with the 'Dance or you're not eating for the next month' look.

Tomorrow is a mandatory general cleaning in our classroom and it is required that everyone show up. Hopefully I won't forget the balloons

P.S. I know my picture has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with this post, but it was one of the pictures I took right before I wrote the post :)

1st Picture: Personally provided by my Acer Webcam.

Jan Jan Photo: I do not own this picture and I don't claim to. I don't know who owns it but I just saw it when I googled the Jan Jan topic. Click HERE for the website.
